We are Ketchup (Ben Sims) and Mustard (Delilah Rosebraugh), two enthusiastic PADI IDC Staff Instructors and Ocean lovers. We have created this page so that our SCUBA family can stay up to date with our current dive location, the classes that we are offering and all other SCUBA Diving news.

We met each other in Cozumel, Mexico where we did our professional training. After that Mustard took a quick trip to the British Virgin Islands to work on a liveaboard while Ketchup made it his goal to be on a first name basis with every nurse shark in Mexico. These two condiments couldn’t stay apart so next we moved to Hawaii. We lived there for a year and a half in which time we saw humpback whales underwater and enough green sea turtles for a lifetime. Now we are back in the Caribbean, a place where the water is warm and our hearts are happy.
